A district manager for Integra/Miltex by profession, Andrew Montana actively participates in the community of Huntington Beach, California. He volunteers as an equipment manager and coach for little league baseball and also coaches players in the American Youth Soccer Organization. Along with exercising at a local Huntington Beach athletic club, Andrew Montana takes advantage of the opportunities afforded by the environs of a seaside city to engage in outdoor activities, such as jogging, swimming, waterskiing, and cycling.

At the beginning of his extensive career in sales, Andrew Montana worked for Chemical Waste Management, where he generated a 30% increase in the sale to refineries of hazardous waste removal and disposal services. Following from this early experience, he spent several years as a sales representative for Beckman Coulter. There, he conducted the sale of blood analyzers to a variety of medical professionals throughout Southern California and also trained new agents. During his tenure with Beckman Coulter, Andrew Montana regularly achieved sales ratings among the top 10% of all representatives. More recently, he directed 200 equipment distributors as a territory manager for Cardiac Science and boosted yearly sales in his region by 70%.

In his position with Integra/Miltex, Mr. Montana supervises and trains 400 distributors accountable for the sale of surgical devices to facilities and practitioners throughout Southern California and Hawaii. He has managed the growth of the territory’s revenue from $3.8 million to $5.1 million and earned President’s Club, Market Segment Leader, and other company honors.
